I saw that change on my cc last night, 10.53 and a 33 international charge as well. I have never used this card at Target, and only use it for a few things. I did just pay for a 299.00 seminar and used it to book a room in Tallahassee last week though.

It is an International charge that is varying with current rate changes. My was for 10.21
