That’s all I really meant to say. A couple of years back I was going through a divorce, so money was tight. I wanted a rifle to go along with the pistols I owned. I’d heard about the “vintovka mosina” here on the banglist. I went to the local gunstore and picked one out. Just a hell of a good deal and better than a sharp stick in the eye, to be sure. Plus a piece of history. Mine is a 1943 ishevsk model so the chances it was used in the war approach 100%. It’s about as beautiful as a piece of rebar, but it shoots very accurately.
