So far, just a repeat of the 7 minute video. Wait and see, I imagine BR and Post & Email will get a few hits this weekend
Mar. 7, 2014) BirtherReport.com and The Post & Email can report that an exclusive interview was conducted on Friday evening with Barrister Michael Shrimpton, who first appeared in a video released on February 26, 2014 stating unequivocally that Barack Hussein Obama "was born in Mombasa, Kenya."
Topics discussed during the two-hour interview include the meaning of the U.S. Constitution's Article II "natural born Citizen" clause;....; what is really driving the unrest in Ukraine; the death of novelist Tom Clancy; and the actions Shrimpton believes should be taken as a result of Obama's usurpation of the presidency.
"He's not a U.S. citizen," Shrimpton told BirtherReport and this writer in a riveting session conducted over Skype.

If you just could have convinced any court in America, at any level of the judiciary or any Republican Chair of a committee of the House of Representatives to adopt your view, Barack Obama might not have been approved for the ballot by the Chief Elections Officers (usually a Secretary of State) of every state in the Union, twice.
As it stands now, Barack Obama’s mother, having been born in Wichita, Kansas to parents born in Wichita and Peru, Kansas respectively was enough to secure the blessings of liberty to her and her posterity.
The CURRENT law of the land defines a “Citizen of the United States at Birth:” http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/8/1401
Do you think anchor babies should be allowed to seek the presidency? Especially... after their parents have returned to their native country and they now have conflicting loyalties between two specific countries? As defined by the Constitution.....anchor babies would be Citizens.....but not Natural Born [Article II; Section I].
And....that is very easily determined. It is only muddled thinking that would insist that foreign influences at birth could be an eventual good thing for the oval office.
The Constitution is very specific....."Citizen" or "Natural Born Citizen"......and after a time....only "Natural Born". "Naturalized" folks are never given the consideration to seek the office.
This is not rocket science and I'm afraid that the folks who are attempting to make it so may have ulterior motives.
So what? That only makes him a "Citizen"....not "Natural Born"..... because his father bestowed upon him British Citizenship as well. Dual Citizenship is not allowed for anyone seeking the Presidency.
He could have been born in the lobby of Independence Hall in Philadelphia on the 4th of July....with the Marine Corps band playing "God Bless America" outside on the lawn.
He would still not be "Natural Born" because his father was not a U.S. Citizen!
Where he was born is not the question. It's to whom he was born that makes him illegal!
Tell it to the judge(s):
Rhodes v. MacDonald, U.S. District Court Judge Clay D. Land: A spurious claim questioning the presidents constitutional legitimacy may be protected by the First Amendment, but a Courts placement of its imprimatur upon a claim that is so lacking in factual support that it is frivolous would undoubtedly disserve the public interest.U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, September 16, 2009.

Taitz v. Obama (Quo Warranto) This is one of several such suits filed by Ms. Taitz in her quixotic attempt to prove that President Obama is not a natural born citizen, as is required by the Constitution. This Court is not willing to go tilting at windmills with her.— Chief U.S. District Court Judge Royce C. Lamberth, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, April 14, 2010

Tisdale v. Obama, U.S. District Court Judge John A. Gibney, Jr.: “It is well settled that those born within the United States are natural born citizens.”— Tisdale v. Obama, U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Virginia, January 23, 2012.

Voeltz v. Obama, Judge John C. Cooper, Leon County, Florida Circuit Court: In addition, to the extent that the complaint alleges that President Obama is not a natural born citizen even though born in the United States, the Court is in agreement with other courts that have considered this issue, namely, that persons born within the borders of the United States are ‘natural born citizens’ for Article II, Section 1 purposes, regardless of the citizenship of their parents.September 6, 2012

Cooper is the jackass who cited Miracle on 34th St.
Carroll, not Cooper, excuse me.
Simply declaring something to be so doesn’t make it so.
That’s true. And Lamberth is a Reagan appointee who cited Don Quixote.
I’ve read that the news will be very important and the foreign press will cover it. When world leaders read that the freak in the WH ain’t who he says he is and this is proven, the US will become (even) weaker in the eyes of the rest of the world; and the government more or less illegitimate.
I’m hoping for something along the lines of the Tamarod in Egypt.
How does Roger know where the nameless freak was born? Were you there in the delivery room?
However when you’re a judge, what you declare in a decision is so unless and until you are overturned, or legislation is passed which renders your decision moot.
who appointed is immaterial
We all know why this imposter has been given a pass on this subject...and it's not because anyone is interested in the historical truth. I'm beginning to think you're not so blind (as I assumed you originally were) on this matter.
Blind obedience is how people get put in ovens.
Search me....but like I said.........who cares where he was born. He's still an illegal imposter!
An overseas birth as well as a foreign national parent would cause even supporters to think twice.
Especially when it is made public that neither of his purported parents are his real parents!
I agree completely. If only everyone would just agree with me, the world would be a better place.

The reason is in the debates during the Constitutional Convention. In early August, several delegates put forward the idea that Senators needed to be native born. James Wilson (who was born in Scotland) gave a speech in which he said that that it was unfair that he would not be allowed to be in the government he was helping to create.
Shortly after they added both the NBC clause and the grandfather clause.
Several other delegates were not born in the colonies, including Alexander Hamilton.
Ain’t that the truth! :-)
