A transgender man is suing a strength competition for $2.5 million after CrossFit denied him the right to compete against women.
Chloie Jonnson, who was born male, wants to test his brawn against female athletes in the CrossFit Games, a grueling series of contests designed to find the world's most fit competitors. When a female rival raised questions about Jonnson being considered a woman, CrossFit said he must compete as a man.
Jonnson had a sex-change operation in 2006 and is legally recognized in the state of California as a woman. Incensed, he filed a $2.5 million lawsuit against the fitness company.
CrossFit said that it is happy to do its part to assure that transgender competitors are "welcomed with open arms in this community, but what we will not waver from is our commitment to ensure the fairness of the competition."
Chloie says that view violates California's anti-discrimination laws. The company says Jonnson's assertion violates common sense.

DO a DNA Test...that will determine it’s gender. Case Closed.
It does bring new meaning to “CrossFit”.....
February is Black History Month. March is Woman History Month, which month is Transgender History Month ?
I know a trannie—had the plumbing reconfigured and head lights put on—but still built like a brick sh&t house and could easily beat most women in competition—even those REALLY athletic women I say IT’S NOT FAIR
Problem with that is the loser then has to pay thousands in legal fees. Award NOTHING.

It's the logical extension of the madness our culture has descended into. Soon natural born women will have nothing to excel at. All the awards for Homecoming Queen, beauty contests, women's sports, etc., will go to feminized men. Because after all, we are a tolerant, all-inclusive society where everybody is treated equally except for heterosexual, white men.
Soon we will have a man for "First Lady" as well. Wait a minute, I think we may have crossed that threshold already...
I say yes! And I hope “it” wins! Bring the whole system down.

Not necessarily. It is possible for a person to be physically female from birth, but have the male chromosomes, due to a genetic abnormality.
In this case, the guy had himself physically mutilated, but is still a guy. This could be seen as a way to try to push women out of sports, since women simply cannot physically compete against guys (not even guys pretending to be women). It's rather ironic, considering how hard the left has worked to push women into sports, despite a lack of strong interest.
So many of these people are attention whores.
I’m still not sure what the point of these lawsuits might be. This pervert is a mentally ill man. Even if he wins in court and competes against women with much less muscle mass, and even if he wins the Games, he’s still be a mutilated man and all normal people will see him that way. Even if speech codes keep many people from saying what 90% or more of us think, we will all still think it. What is the point of being so obnoxious about their mental illness?
if boys can join the girl scouts, what makes this any different???
