I like it, and add grounds patrolled by guard dogs and trespassers will be shot. However, I bet the last item is probably illegal in much of the formerly free USA.

I worked on a site out in the country. Crappy paint job splattered on a 4’x8’ piece of plywood said “Nothing back here worth dieing for.”

A store-bought sign at the gate said

“Trespassers will be shot.
Survivors will be shot again.”
