"None of these dog killings and most of the unnecessary shootings wouldn’t happen if all policemen were required to carry tasers."

After an old man was murdered . . . Uhh . . . I mean justifiably shot in his own garage by LEOs last summer Fort Worth is starting to equip their new officers with body cams. The old cops don't want them because they can't turn them off. If they're on stage at all times while at work they just might have to be the professionals that they like to claim to be.

I predict the body cam program will be an outlandish success. Eventually, the cops themselves will like having them because of all the garbage they put up with will be documented.

I think it should be standard procedure for any cop who’s dealing with any situation to have his taser out & ready. This nonsense of not having enough time is horse crap. He had enough time to draw a lethal weapon, then he had enough time to draw a nonlethal weapon or should have had it drawn already.
