Inficon HAPSITE can do all this and more. It's a portable GC-MS (gas chromatograph plus mass spectrometer). There's a backpack version available that is programmed to detect chemical weapons.

It was featured in an episode of 24, IIRC.

HAPSITE has been around at least ten years; development started in the late 1980s.

I’m guessing it can only detect what is emitted vs actual concentration of a sample of known weight. Like a photo ionization detector on steroids.
