Here-say or not, it was spoken, so we must assume that it is possible. And knowing the US government like we know the US government now, (NSA Spying, IRS Political Targeting, Supporting the Muslim Brotherhood, Using Islamic Terrorists in Syria, Obama Negating the Law Forbidding the US to Give Aid to Terrorist, etc.). We must assume that the US government is at least capable of doing this.
Also, judging by the the Obama - Rat regime record of lying, stonewalling, preventing investigation and cover up of facts and incidents in the US that we KNOW to exist and occurred, we must conclude that the US is the criminal instigator in a false flag frame up.
