NASA Fraudsters Say US Can't Seize Property

Law360, New York (May 09, 2011, 6:41 PM ET) -- A former professor and his wife convicted in February of planning to defraud NASA out of $3.7 million using small business contracts said Friday in Florida federal court that the government cannot legally take real estate and bank accounts as forfeiture.

Is this the same case or did our current administration perform an "oooops, did it again" outreach to known/established criminals?
