I eat bacon every day (3 slices) 1 egg 1 piece toast for breakfast.
I prefer to have 10 slices with 4 eggs and two pieces of toast and bacon gravy.
I’m on a 1800 calorie a day diet right now.
I got too fat....I wonder why?
