He also said that he saw Aslan (Narnia character whom he voiced) as not being a symbol of Christ.

IMO everything after after Aslan symbolizes mohammed (pigs be upon him) is cover or taqiya. I do not expect too much in the way of deep thinking by actors. But, when they are deliberately ignorant or misleading to this extent, I suspect the easy conclusions are correct.
He is a convert or a deluded sympathizer on the way to converting. A real shame as he was a great actor in a number of exceptional movies. I will be going out of my way to avoid anything he is in now.
