I might sign up for his next class in foraging. I know his student do a complete meal with what they find and make a great salad with a spritz of lemon and other available seasoning. It kinda of looked yummy.
I also know if you like snails you can feed them a cornmeal diet for a month to clean them out and they are good to sauté with garlic but that’s not my cup of tea.
