I've never had an issue with people filming me while I worked. If anything it would help me if there was any question as to what happened.
On one hand, though, police are allowed to lawfully order people out of an area for legit reasons. If you don't move, the level of force escalates. Yeah, this cop is an idiot, but let's not make this into the Ukraine.

Alright then, did this cop order this student to leave for legit reasons? Let me help you out there...No he did not. Telling the student that he had lost his first amendment rights was just the icing on the cake. This cop should be fired and prosecuted and spend some serious time in jail. There should be no excuse for this behavior.
