A storm system expected to impact California beginning on Friday could bring heavy snow and gusty winds to the Riverside and San Bernardino county mountains.
The National Weather Service in San Diego has issued a Winter Storm Watch for those mountain areas from early Friday

Two storms are on the way. Carry chains above 6000’ through the weekend. Storm #1 will push through the region overnight into the first half of Thursday. Snow levels will fall to 5000’ Thursday morning.
In the Sierra, 12-18” of snow is expected above 7000’, with 3-6” possible at lake level.

The second wave of wetter weather begins Friday night into Saturday.

Weather Bell and Suspicious Observer have both been calling for wet weather in the drought stricken area of California from about a week ago.
I bet the MSM has already dispatched their “mud slide” crews to the area.
and the left will scream...Obama saved us from the drought.
