Wait. I didn’t attack you, nor did I attack the Father for his actions to protect his Daughter.
However, all reading this should use it as a learning experience: What would YOU do?
Many here -including myself- have had to draw their weapon to stop a threat. Can’t say I enjoyed it, myself.

Since I came of age in the urban killing fields of NYC during the 60s, 70s and 80s, I know that fight or flight are two options that people have. I chose keeping a wary eye one block ahead of me and used flight whenever a dangerous situation cropped up. And believe me: they did. I was never once mugged or attacked because of a vigilant eye and, obviously, being born under a lucky star. There are many ways to survive.

This silly idea that someone being rear-ended - which has physical effects on the driver’s body - could pull out a gun and properly aim and fire at his target without creating mayhem - is ludicrous. Once he was in the parking lot, I suppose he could have opened fire.
