According to Tampa PD’s posting, about half of the 911 calls they receive aren't emergencies. There must be a lot of stupid people in Tampa.

Its called Floriduh for a reason.
When they envisioned the 911 system they didnt also envision this sort of stupidity? If the only widely published number is 911 why are they surprised to get loads of non-emergency calls???
