This seems in line with the cost of living i am seeing everywhere else.

5 years ago i would go grocery shopping for my family of 4, and usually spent around $150 and rarely over $200

Now, for about the same items, I am lucky to get out of the store spending less than $300, and I HAVE spent over $400

Manufacturers have subtlely reduced the size/quantity of their products while at the same time increasing the price.

Look at your brand laundry detergents, they are the most striking example. And kleenex such as Puffs, they used to fill my dispenser but now there's been about a 15% reduction in their size.......
