That might not be true in that part of Arizona.

Lots of places in Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona that you don't hear much English.

It's always been that way, since Spain owned this ground.

Tucson, Arizona is where Pima CC is. The people speak English. Very few do not speak English. Pima CC is already in hot water. I don’t expect this will help.

It may be that way in Az but her nursing degree is recognized all over the country. What happens when graduates of this program move someplace else?
