I am quite sure that microaggressions against gays are harmful, but what about
similar microaggressions against the fat, or the ugly? I know it's COOL now to be gay, jason collins signed a 10 day contract with i can't recall which team, might it be the Nets? and they was a pictorial rendering done of it, so as to be able to mirror the iconic photo of Jackie Robinson signing his first contract in major baseball. Jason Collins is a MARGINAL player who was CUT from this very same team who is photgraphing his signing a TEN DAY CONTRACT as if it was some major piece of history. oh but it is, it's the first OPENLY GAY signing of a professional athlete. the same athlete that sucked so as to be cut by them earlier this season. Ok that rant was an aside to the fact that being gay is cool, but being fat and/or ugly is not, so you may feel free to commit microagressions and maybe even MACROaggressions against those marginalized groups.
Another sign our society is doomed. I don’t care if a person is gay, I love to vacation near Provincetown, which seems more famous for the gays than it’s incredible natural beauty, but they are celebrated for their mental disease and their need to flamboyantly show off their sexuality. That’s effed up.
