Poor personal choices should not be a crime. I love how the there are control freaks on both the left and the right try to use the power of law to enslave people. Extreme sports are not good for your health rather so should skateboarders and skiers be made into criminals? Some people live by sucking the joy out of life by trying to reduce life to work, eat, and sleep.
They were joking about this on the radio the other day. I found it appalling as well.
