I was wondering the exact same thing. They look like mall security, though I apologize to actual mall security who are fit.
I once saw “Cops in Texas”, I have never seen a cop run as fast as the fat cop on that episode did. All the cops in this episode were chubby/fat. Donuts! Ha!
