It allegedly started with her jogging in her toe shoes and sporting headphones. It ended in video of her screaming and being led away in handcuffs. What happened in between is a matter of debate, but video showing parts of the incident is certainly gaining traction online.
Whatever the woman did to get the attention of Austin, Texas police, a witness video of cops detaining her on a city sidewalk Thursday morning then escorting her to a nearby squad car indicate she was not happy with their actions.

Student Chris Quintero, who the Daily Texan reported witnessed the arrest, said he saw the woman jogging with headphones on when police ran after her. When the woman failed to stop, the officer grabbed her by the arm and handcuffed her, Quintero said.

According to a statement to The Daily Texan from police spokeswoman Lisa Cortinas: [In this case], the call is titled failure to identify.

Cops acting badly because they think they can is definitely political.
We have one here too, but does not take TRICARE Prime. We had to switch doctors and are very happy with the new one. She seems to take more time with patients than most male docs and is the second female GP I've ever had. I like women docs for that reason.

I grew up in Tulsa, and had friends most of the small towns around.
You may not have been aware of it, but it happened a lot.
It was also reported a lot, but sympathies lay with law enforcement.
The only difference between then and now is that the citizens now have cameras to back up their stories.
The people who were loudest back then in condemning citizens who were abused by the men in blue were wrong. But, in condemning the innocent and protecting the guilty in public, not only were they wrong...they were doing a wrong thing that was hurtful to someone who had been wronged.
Many of those people have a vested interest in rewriting the past, because that is the only way they can try to escape from the wrong they did to others, in their ignorance and denial.
Ah! If she was just a little more worse she will be shot in the future. That's your mindset, right? There is no room for deaf people, mentally handicapped people or just innocent naïve people. Just follow the command or it could get worse. Period. Correct?
