Now she can’t be compelled to testify.
Only one lawsuit-- filed by Orly Taitz in Mississippi several years ago. None of Orly's lawsuits has ever gotten to discovery, and this one won't either-- certainly not as to Fuddy, because a court in Mississippi has no personal jurisdiction over someone from Hawai'i. (The State of Hawai'i moved to dismiss the suit as against Fuddy for that reason; the motion has been pending for a year or two, but hasn't been ruled on yet.)
