There is clearly a 'frogman' suited-up diver with yellow oxygen tank moving in to slip her the lethal dose. This gave me the creeps.

I agree that that is what it looks like. You can even see what appears to be a clearly defined hat, or cap on the frogman's head.

Lets see the helicopter crew was the same group she fought to save so they owed her
Her BIL was on the rescue crew
Her sister was a firefighter and identified the body
