Was the gun found? And I’m talking about a gun somebody would actually own, not a Rohm .22 that “fell out of the officer’s pocket” at the scene.

Who cares? Is having a gun in your hand, in your own home, a capital offense?

The government can do whatever it wants with it’s property. It’s property is every living or nonliving thing in the U.S.

There was a good movie years ago with Charles Bronson (I believe) who was in the hallway of a home with a hair dryer in his hand when cops entered the home. The movie revolved around that one scene and unfortunately I don’t remember much of it - only that it was good. This happens in advanced years!!!
