A '56 Chevy? Nice, but for real class, a '55 has better lines.

'57s are for guys who want to look nostalgic, but want to be like every other hep-cat out there.

BTW, my dad always said that 4-doors were for squares.

The really cool guys always had 2-doors.

I knew someone who restored a 57 Chevy 150, base model 4-door with the old Stovebolt 6 and a three-on-the-tree, originally bought, along with thousands of others by the US Army. There's still to this day plenty of them running around Southeast Asia. He did an absolutely meticulous restoration on it right down to every original military spec unique to these cars. Probably just as difficult a restoration as an ultra-rare fuel injected convertible.
