Your mother...well good for you. Ya wanna cookie? My mother passed at 94. She wasn't her slim, attractive personna by then. She HAD been for many years but time, whether you believe it or not, DOES take its toll.
Giving me ONE example of an exception isn't thoroughness; it's merely pettiness. Of course is doesn't happen to every single, solitary woman on the entire planet. You can't be so stupid as to think I meant that.
And, by the way, GOOD for your mother. I hope you take after her.

"A bit of effort"??? Lol. You must never, ever read or see the "efforts" some people go through to appear to stay young. I guess you NEVER see movie stars as they age. I guess you NEVER see athletes as they age.
Have you noticed Schwarenegger's aging? Even Mr. Universe ages. He was Mr. America and Mr. Universe some seven times, an effort that NO ONE on the planet has ever duplicated. It was even MORE DIFFICULT because he is so tall (6'2"). Mr. America/Universe men are always short little power houses because it's easier to be short-powerful. It has much to do with length of muscles and such. I won't bore you with facts.
