A year or so ago I looked at the google earth image to see what I could see. The only thing that irritated me from the start is the picture was taken with the trees at full foliage. That is odd for goggle in its self because they generally try to take the pictures from fall or spring where there is less tree cover so you can see more ground detail.
Didnt think much more of it at the time so I forgot about it.
A few days ago I had another reason to hit google earth and I found out that they updated their google earth pictures to a more recent date. It now reflected what had happened a few years ago, instead of what existed about ten or more years back ..
Soo I went back to the islamberg location to see if the newer pictures would have anything interesting . But what I found confounded me. It is the exact same picture I see of the place years ago. They had updated the pictures of all the other locations around it, but the islamberg site was still the exact same full foliage pictures I had seen years ago.
I then zoomed out and something caught my eye as a little off. The trees on the left side of Roods creak road were a lot browner than the ones on the right side. I scrolled up and down and it became obvious that there is a demarcation line in the picture separating pictures from two different times.
If you zoom out and follow the line up to the river you will see the dividing line hit the river where you can see the dividing line between the river at two different water levels. The line passes over the river and takes a right turn and crosses back across the river heading east. If you continue to follow it around it makes a large box around the area that islamberg is located in
They have left that area with a static picture while updating everything else around it. And the static picture is of the place during full foliage where you cant see anything on the ground. Outside of that box, the picture is from fall and there is more ground detail visible. And they have intentionally not updated the picture of the area inside the box so you wont be able to see anything that has happened/changes there in recent years.
It is in upstate NY. I am sure some Freepers could give an exact location.
There are about 20 of these Muslim bases located throughout this country. - Tom

Where in upstate NY? I live there and can scope it out
Is Google evil ?
Just checked it out on Bing. Looks like a bunch of old trailers and junk. Looks like all the trash is just thrown out the back doors. Not much there.
The big maps aerial picture predates the google maps picture, and the google maps picture is over 14 years old.
In bing they havent even built the dirt road that goes through the training area you see in their video, and many of the houses you see built, or being built in google maps isnt even built yet in bing.
This thread is a train wreck that I can’t look away from.
1. What do you think Google is hiding?
2. Is there a terrorist training camp in Upstate NY?
3. Is this place in the US? (I can’t open google map)?
4. Can you explain the conspiracy theory for some of us?
Do NOT use Google to find things. Do NOT use Google.

Sometimes they just don’t update all of their photos at the same time.
The front of my house is a recent photo taken last fall.
If you go around to the back though it is summertime. And there is a tree there that I removed five years ago. And the garage is still painted the old color.
Post #20 says: In NY state To the left (west) of Kelsey and right (east) of Deposit
About 30 miles east of Bingamton, NY, past the town of Deposit.
Next round of Militia exercises, let's go find this place and see whit's there. If it is what you suspect, it could just sort of "disappear". No one would be the wiser, right?
I wish it was winter instead so I could spot bigfoot.
Dearborn?
From my point of view I will take something that works 90% as well as something that is infested with Democrats as Google is. Try https://ixquick.com. At least you can be confident you are not being tracked.
You can see the quarry where they're reputed to have done machine-gun practice. It's between "Islamberg" and the reservoir.
I followed this a few years back when it first came to light. FoxNews did a story and it was on other websites. There are/were other associated enclave of Jamaat al-Fuqra in South Carolina, Oregon, Washington and I don’t remember where else.
Here are some links:

Just do a search for Jamaat al-Fuqra.

There is one in south central VA between Charlotte Courthouse and Farmville, IIRC.
I haven’t seen you post in what seems like years. Welcome back!
