How about the possibility that they are young mothers who don’t give a crap about politics.

By virtue of them being a mother, it seems they know full well what “choice” is.

And the fact that they are involved with their child says they just might be able to rear their child to your liking all by themselves.

I don't know that having had a child necessarily puts a woman on the right side of the abortion issue. Most women I know who have had an abortion also brought a child to term and raised him or her. They had an abortion when it wasn't "convenient" to have a child and didn't consider it to be an ethical issue.

Also, life issues aren't "politics" to me and weren't when I was 18 or 19. They were part of what I would later learn was called natural law, including the instinct of self-preservation and preservation of offspring (in most higher mammals).
