Why, who’d have thought it? Could it be a translation error? The ancient Egyptians didn’t speak Spanish real good.

What amazes me is why we care about those people of THOUSANDS of years ago. They and their culture died out MILLENIA ago. Egypt is now Arab and Muslim. It will probably be that way for a LONG time.

Interesting, because there are a lot of ramifications if they change the “standard” chronology of Egyptian dynasties. The Egyptian chronology is the longest is the area, so all the other civilizations nearby, Greek, Assyrian, Hittite, etc, are dated in reference to the contemporary Egyptian dynasties.
