She can get away with not caring about the serfs but it sounds like the people inconvenienced were the barons and dukes and earls. hmmm
Actually I think she does care. She goes out of her way to do the most ostentatious things to irritate the serfs and royalty alike.
Why else would she wear a sweater to meet with the Queen of England, wear the loudest, craziest outfits, and take expensive vacations. It's a poke in the eye to all the tax payers and those she wants to irritate.
