I say this is scheiss unsin. Scientists are like used car salesmen these days. Scientists with global warming get government funding that the skeptics do not get.

The researchers who did this study are not climate scientists, and have almost certainly never conducted any kind of climate science research. Scientists are not one big group of interchangeable homogeneous automatons--we are individuals, and act as individuals in any profession do.

In other words, don't paint every scientist with the same broad brush. The subversion of one small area of science by politicians does not mean that all science is equally subverted.
