Even ASKING about giving this toddler a ticket should disqualify this jerk officer from being employed anywhere that needs a working brain to work there.

You do realize that the fact he even bothered to ask says a lot about who he is. The only question is, should they also go after the guy who said it was OK? If this guy has no more discretion than that, he does not belong as a cop.

As for “permission on high”, I hope he has a lot more than that statement to back it up.

A cop at another site said it best. “Thank you officer dumbass for improving public relations.”

Giving a three year old a $2,500 ticket for taking a leak in public is excusable, if told to do so by ones government *superiors*??? “I was only obeying orders.” It's amazing how far you'll stoop to excuse police stupidity sometimes...
