This is the latest for Thursday and Friday this week. Looks like 7"+ for PA just before you come up. Are you flying? Driving? Should be done Thursday night, so by Friday the roads should be good.

The Siberian express appears to be done with us for a few days-it is on the way to where you sre. It is 54 here, and will be 28-30 tonight rather than the teens and low 20’s it has been the past couple days...
