Said the school would be a lot better, but they don’t get a lot of alumni support.

There's a lot of sadness going around. Can i ask for prayers for my friend's husband who has had a recurrence of leukemia. He had gone through the full course of treatment a few years ago and was doing ok, but apparently back in December they found that the blood was not right again. She is just telling me this now and i am heartsick for her. This is complicated by the fact that he WILL NOT let their three girls know about it. he has insisted that it be kept from them from the start. So now he has the treatment, goes to a hotel for 2 nights until he is well enough to come home and they think he's on a business trip. The girls are 24, 22, and 16, not little kids. If it were me, he could have killed or divorced me for it, but i would have told them.

yes and God forbid it ends badly, they will not have known how long it was going on. He doesn’t want them altering how they lead their lives, just bc he is sick. but that is not his call to make.
