“I don’t willingly post Getty Images. How do we know if it is Getty if they don’t stamp Getty on it?”
Many times it will be in the URL, but sometimes it isn’t.
The best thing to do is look at where it originally appeared and it should be noted. Right underneath the image.
If someone put it at a different picture hosting site or URL it’s harder to find out the origination of the photograph.
It’s also important to note that posting any pictures from websites that are on the copyright list is a violation.
