“Earlier this afternoon, Arizona’s Politics received confirmation from the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office that it had two detectives working on a criminal investigation related to the 2 1/2-year long probe into President Barack Obama’s birth certificate. A spokesperson for Sheriff Joe Arpaio now tells Arizona’s Politics that his information was INCORRECT, and that birth certificate lead investigator Mike Zullo ‘was incorrect’.

“MCSO Lt. Brandon Jones states that he “was misinformed” when he had confirmed the information earlier. He now states that “The detectives are not working on anything regarding the birth certificate. Not even surrounding. Mr Zullo was incorrect, they are working on other sensitive cases not even related.”

“During a radio interview this past Friday, Zullo had talked about the 2nd investigation, and had indicated that he was assisting the two MCSO ‘full time detectives.’”

All Arpaio’s spokesman Lt. Jones is doing is confirming that he, Lt. Jones, made a mistake in what he earlier confirmed Zullo as saying. Lt. Jones is wrong when he says Zullo was mistaken. What Zullo said to Gallups was correct.

If you listen closely to the Freedom Friday interview and Gallups subsequent comments, Zullo said there are two SEPARATE investigations and Zullo is leading one (the BC fraud investigation) but also “helping out” on the other (the Universe-Shattering Evidence investigation).

Gallups and Zullo affirmed that the BC fraud investigation is “irrelevant” to the Universe-Shattering Evidence.

Zullo has made clear that NO public funds or MCSO deputies are being used for the BC fraud investigation. After Zullo got off the air Gallups made a plea for donations to continue to fund Zullo’s CCP BC fraud investigation and said that CCP was ONLY funded by public donations.

After Zullo hung up Gallups made further comments on Zullo saying that he might ask Arpaio to do two separate media events for each of the separate investigations.

Curiously, Gallups said (but I don’t exactly recall) Zullo had said that he wanted the Universe-Shattering Evidence media event to go FIRST...and then the BC fraud media event would follow, but Gallups implies that the BC fraud event would be a sort of after-thought of much less importance at that point.

I may have to go back and listen to the tape again because I didn’t catch Zullo saying or implying that the BC fraud event should go second.
