He’s either dead or he’s a Walker. I don’t see him surviving the wound from Michonne’s katana. And they implied that Lilly (Meghan’s mom) shot him in the head, although they didn’t show it on screen.

I agree it doesn’t seem likely that he could have survived the katana but after all he is the governor

The Gov' is dead. He was a great villain, now he's dead.... he died in the comic at the relatively same point, too. Let's move on...

Love the show but my “willing suspension of disbelief” takes a strain over the biological issues behind zombies.

Hell, maggots alone should have wiped out the Walkers by now. And the amount of energy they expend versus their “food” intake makes perpetual motion sound plausible.

But I’ll shut up now and just enjoy the show. Sorry for the rant.

Agree completely, but that's the beauty of the zombie genre. The apocalypse usually happens so quickly and completely that there's no one left who can posit a reasonable explanation for what's happening. Therefore, anything goes!
Regardless, I love the show.

There are rumors of the shocking death of another regular character during this last half of the season.

If I could talk to the showrunners, I would tell them to ease off on the killing of our regular group members. Herschel’s death was a huge deal. There should be time for the group members to deal with that——Glenn doesn’t even know he’s dead. I know they’re all split up, but let’s see some processing of Herschel’s murder before they just go and kill off someone else. There are quite a few loose ends that need tying up. I’m glad to see they will address the dead rat issue, and Daryl’s feelings about Carol being gone.

I’m not going to care about a bunch of new people if they’re brought in to replace our group members. I’m hoping those two sisters who were with the Governor are history, but something tells me they’re going to show up again.

Ya never know. He and his assistant were doing quite a few experiments and what about that special tea only the assistant could brew for him? He may have found a way do slow down the decay process AND retain mental acuity.

You said before you keep up on TWD blogs, so is there any discussion on why they don't have ‘safe houses’ away from camp for when they get cut off like this?.....Seems like an idea that should have come up...
