According to the Montana Correctional Offender Network website, Briggs has convictions on charges of rape, burglary, and kidnapping in Lewis & Clark County dating back to 2003. Well, maybe now this Briggs fellow has become one fugitive "that'll never be found ..."

When I first went to Bozeman in the Winter, Main Street was nearly a dirt street parked in by cowboy pickups near the bars.
It's a bit different now.
