A ticket? Not involuntary manslaughter even? We’re missing something here.
Manslaughter for a 79 year old lady? Where’s the “sarc” tag?
Seriously, the idea that whenever something bad happens, somebody has to go to prison, is really corrosive to our individual liberties. It’s an old lady who didn’t intend to hurt anyone, who probably shouldn’t be driving any more. Sad that this happened. But not criminal by any stretch of the imagination.
