My brother in law is with the state dept and has travelled extensively in Russia over the years. His stories of how bad it is are hysterical.

I have some stories like that too, and I was only there for 9 day: Like the museum restroom that had no toilet paper and whose stalls were smeared with you know what, apparently by users in desperate attempts to clean themselves.Or the old lady stationed at the entrance to a men's room handing out two squares of TP to each patron.By the way, American TP is the best in the world.
