xsbaby’s college class canceled due to ice, NOVA opening at 10:30 and she has an 8 am class. She texted me in a panic at 9 am saying WHY DID NO ONE GET ME UP??? LOL! 34 at home and 36 here in DC, i saw no ice. xsteen parks at the fiances apt which is walking distance from Nutley st metro, so she can avoid paying to park at the lot there. They walk to the subway together in the AM. said they saw a guy fall and almost crack his skull on the sidewalk. i seriously LOL when i hear that bc i know that they grew up hearing me say watch out or you will fall and crack your skull, so often!
It is possible to post using the iPad. I have done it by setting up the post in advance and then emailing it to myself. Then, just copy/paste onto the Free Republic site.

Very similar. The selection of text on the Fire is a bit easier. The browser on the fire—Silk, took a little getting used to, but it is fairly intuitive.
yes i find the selecting of text difficult. i just figured it out recently after having had a succession of ipads for a few years now. and i still don’t know how to copy a pic.
I would like to know how to copy a URL on my iphone, but I don’t. So i never post any links when i am on it.
You are setting the bar pretty high there. I have had a kindle fire for almost a year and still didn’t even know if I could post class from it.
if you are in safari, go to the top box where the URL is and click on it somwhere in box it will give you options, pick select all, then select copy, and then paste it where you want to.

If you can receive an email on a device, with the text properly HTML coded for Free Republic, you can use the device to copy and paste.

oh my goodness! it must look so weird to them to have those snow walls! we had those back a few years ago for snowmageddon!
She was peeking over the top to try to spot DH and his snowblower clean the driveway. Her boyfriend, Cooper the Shih Tzu from down the street, just came to visit her.
