What is the significance of March 19th? Why must we wait until then to have the information go public? If the CCP has the goods on Obama and it truly is as devastating as they claim, why not reveal it now?

Why are they publicising that they are going to release information at all? They should just do it. A lot of bad stuff can happen between now and March 19.
