I have no evidence to present to a grand jury.
Mike Zullo has not presented his affidavit to the Maricopa County Attorney, Bill Montgomery. Mr. Montgomery has said that he stands ready to prosecute any crime if there is credible evidence and if the alleged criminal activity took place within Maricopa County.
“I stand ready and willing, however, to review any case submitted for charges and, if the evidence is there, I will prosecute regardless of who the suspect/defendant may be.
