Hawaii Revised Statute 338-18(b) allows for the release of a birth vital record under the order of a court of competent jurisdiction.
Thus far, no court has issued such an order and to the best of my knowledge, no one has requested that a court issue such an order.
If there was ever to be a grand jury investigation into forgery, document tampering and/or identity theft, an examination of the original document would justify the issuance of a court order.

You repeat, i'm just going to repeat. You want to hammer the law, i'm going to hammer the facts.

The document which has been put forth as genuine can not be genuine because the letter spacing it displays, violates the well known restrictions of where a typed key will fall if printed by a typewriter. Every letter of the word "OBAMA" on the top line falls between the spaces where a typewritten character would have been placed had it been typed their originally.

Don't care what courts have to say. We here on this forum are not a court of law, we are independent minds who do not have to follow foolish procedures because we have been conditioned to a ritualistic methodology. We can note that actual facts do not conform to what "Authorities" tell us because we are not obligated by procedure and presumption to regard the "Authorities" as truthful.

Let go of your artificial constraints. All you have to lose are the scales from your eyes.
