But as part of some actual strategic plan related to a supposed criminal investigation, Gallups is on par with Reed Hayes. Hayes is an author on astrology and "graphologist" (hand-writing expert) who has no expertise whatsoever on electronic file optimization and the other technical issues relevant to analyzing the WHLFBC. Zullo can't get real experts with relevant experience because real experts know his investigation is a joke.
