My father used to tell me after John Barrymore died his body was taken from the casket and his friends had one more drink with him. This was also allegedly based on a real incident where John Barrymore, was taken out of the morgue, and his acting buddies had a party with him. http://www.tgdaily.com/games-and-entertainment-features/58934-a-real-life-weekend-at-bernie-s "After Barrymore's death, his friends - including Errol Flynn and Raoul Walsh - gathered at a bar to commiserate on John's passing. Walsh, claiming he was too upset, pretended to go home. Instead, he and two friends went to the funeral home and bribed the caretaker to lend them Barrymore's body. Transporting it to Flynn's house, it was propped up in Errol's favorite living room chair. Flynn arrived and described his reaction in his autobiography: "As I opened the door I pressed the button. The lights went on and - I stared into the face of Barrymore... They hadn't embalmed him yet. I let out a delirious scream... I went back in, still shaking. I retired to my room upstairs shaken and sober. My heart pounded. I couldn't sleep the rest of the night." http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000858/bio

Hollywood studios have multiple books they use to cheat everyone. Below is an explanation. This is why actors ask for money upfront as they know they will be cheated otherwise.

Hollywood accounting

Example is The Lord of the Rings films which made $6 billion but the studio New Line’s says the trilogy made “horrendous losses” and no profit at all!

The Star Wars films and the Harry Potter films all show losses yet the studio heads and the producers all live in nice homes and have lots of money.
