Wonder if he refused all medications and further dr visits, and she was unable to persuade an adult male otherwise?
I’m not sure but it does seem her love for her son clouded her judgement. I can only go by what I’ve read but in my opinion it seems that Adam should have been institutionalized. It also seems she avoided? ran away from? Adam fairly often after her divorce. She knew what needed to be done but she didn’t want to do it.Sad all the way around.
