Doesn’t anyone down there have a smartphone with google translate?...There is one phone in the government building, probably the only one for a hundred miles in any direction, one airplane owned by the government (currently under repairs, looking for parts from somewhere)and not a WalMart in that part of the world. Sounds like heaven to me. Mexican ought to stay.
