“That assertion is far too sweeping and categorical.”

Translated: I know it is true but don’t want to admit it.

Neither of us have seen the Italian court documents, and neither of us read Italian. Your views and comments calling Rossi a convicted fraud are based on a website that is hostile to him and that is written by someone who similarly does not have the Italian court documents and who also does not read Italian.

Nevertheless, if Rossi is a convicted fraud, even from the US, it ought not to take more than a few hundred to perhaps a thousand dollars to get a copy of the supposed Italian criminal court judgment and sentence against Rossi. Why has no one done this? Why have the critics of Rossi failed to obtain the best possible and most direct documentation against him?

Call me a stickler, but, before calling Rossi a convicted fraud, I would like to see the dispositive court documentation or at least a contemporaneous newspaper report of the judgment and sentence. I would even trust a dictionary or translation software or find someone who reads Italian to establish what the documents said.

I would also like to know what Rossi's side of controversy is and to test it against the documents in the Italian court file. In any event, if Rossi's E-Cat works, his prior legal troubles will be of little consequence.
